We Recruit Well started the way many good things do, with friendship and a shared spark. We’ve always loved helping others solve problems, and over the years, we saw how hard it was for small businesses to find the right people. Not just skilled workers, but teammates who cared as deeply as the founders themselves. So, we built a company to change that.

From the first hire to the last, we’ve poured our hearts into connecting passionate people with meaningful work. Along the way, we’ve met inspiring entrepreneurs, creative teams, and dreamers who reminded us why we started.

Now, it’s time for new chapters. Beth’s husband is retiring soon, and Paige has returned to teaching. With gratitude and joy, we’re closing We Recruit Well and reflecting on a season we’ll always be proud of.
